Welcome to Our Equine Therapy Program
At the heart of our program is a deep belief in the healing, empowering connection between humans and horses. We offer a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where individuals of all ages and abilities can grow, learn, and thrive through equine-assisted experiences.
Therapeutic (Handicap) Riding
Our therapeutic riding program is led by a PATH-certified instructor, ensuring the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and individualized care. Each session is thoughtfully designed to support physical, emotional, and cognitive development. Riders build strength, balance, coordination, confidence, and independence while forming meaningful bonds with our horses.
Special Olympics Equestrian Programs
We proudly support athletes participating in Special Olympics equestrian events. Our program provides structured training, skill development, and encouragement to help riders reach their personal goals—whether that’s competing, building confidence, or simply enjoying the experience of riding.
Programs for NJ DDD & Easterseals Participants
We welcome lesson students through New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) and Easterseals. Our team works collaboratively with families and support coordinators to create individualized plans that align with each participant’s needs and goals.
Riding & Non-Riding Programs
Not all healing happens in the saddle. We offer both mounted (riding) and unmounted (non-riding) programs for equine enthusiasts of all ages. Non-riding sessions may include grooming, groundwork, horse care, and connection-based activities that foster emotional regulation, communication, and confidence.
Volunteer Opportunities
Our program is made possible by a dedicated community of volunteers. Whether you’re an experienced horse person or new to the barn, we provide training and guidance so you can safely support our riders and horses. Volunteering is a rewarding way to make a meaningful impact while becoming part of a compassionate, purpose-driven community.
A Place for Growth, Healing, and Connection
From young children to adults, beginners to experienced riders, our equine therapy program offers something for everyone. Whether your goal is therapy, recreation, competition, or simply connection, we are honored to walk this journey with you—one stride at a time.
